What's inside
- Level 1: What You Have: Plans, Licences and IT SettingsFree
Learners find out which Microsoft 365 plan they are on (consumer, small business or corporate). They see which task, note and automation features that plan includes, and they learn that this course is independent of Microsoft and that IT may turn features off. - Level 2: Which Tool for Which Job, and Where Copilot FitsFree
Learners map common work jobs to the right tool: To Do for personal tasks, Planner for team plans, OneNote for notes, Loop for shared live content, Lists for tracking and Power Automate for automation. They also note where Copilot needs its own licence. - Level 3: To Do Basics: My Day, Lists and Steps
Learners set up Microsoft To Do for personal work with lists, due dates, reminders, steps and the daily My Day planning view, and see how it differs on desktop, web and mobile. - Level 4: Tasks from Outlook and Teams Flowing into To Do
Learners follow how flagged emails, Planner assignments and Teams messages appear as tasks, using the Teams Tasks or Planner app, the Assigned to me list and Outlook, and they check how Copilot can add or summarise those tasks. - Level 5: Planner for Teams: Boards, Buckets and Schedules
Learners create and run a basic team plan in Planner, using buckets, labels, assignments, the board, schedule and chart views, and task comments or chat after the 2026 Planner update. - Level 6: Premium Plans and the Copilot Planner Agent
Learners compare basic and premium plans after the 2026 Planner update, see which features were retired or added, and use the Copilot Planner agent where their licence includes it. They also check the agent's suggested tasks and status updates before relying on them. - Level 7: OneNote Structure: Notebooks, Sections and Pages
Learners design a OneNote notebook with sections, section groups, pages and subpages, and learn where notebooks are stored and how the Windows, Mac, web and mobile apps differ. - Level 8: OneNote Tags, Search, Sharing and Copilot
Learners use tags, search and sharing to find and share notes, link tagged items to Outlook tasks where the app supports it, and use Copilot in OneNote to summarise or draft while checking its output against their own notes. - Level 9: Loop Workspaces, Pages and Components
Learners create a Loop workspace and pages, and add live components (task lists, tables, checklists) that stay in sync when shared in Teams chats, Outlook emails and OneNote. They also note which plans include Loop workspaces. - Level 10: When Loop Beats a Document, and Copilot in Loop
Learners decide when a Loop page or component works better than a Word document or a OneNote page. They use Copilot in Loop to draft or summarise shared content and check the result before others rely on it. - Level 11: Tracking Work with Microsoft Lists
Learners build a Microsoft List from a template or from scratch, with columns, views, rules and sharing, so they can track structured items such as issues, requests or assets. They also learn when a List is better than a Planner plan. - Level 12: Power Automate Templates and How Flows Work
Learners learn how a flow is built (triggers, actions, connectors and run history), find which Power Automate features their plan includes, and turn on a ready-made template for a task or notes job. - Level 13: Your First Flow: From Email to Task
Learners build a cloud flow from scratch that turns a flagged or filtered Outlook email into a To Do or Planner task. They test it, fix errors and use Copilot in Power Automate to describe or adjust the flow while checking every step it creates. - Level 14: Approvals, Limits and When to Ask IT
Learners set up a simple approval flow, learn the main limits (run frequency, premium connectors, ownership and data policies) and the licence each feature needs, and decide when to stop and ask IT. - Level 15: Checking Copilot Output Across Your Tools
Learners use one routine to check what Copilot produces in To Do, Planner, OneNote, Loop and Power Automate: accuracy, missing items, owners, dates, data access and privacy. - Level 16: One Personal System and a Weekly Review
Learners combine their chosen tools into one personal system with clear rules for where each task, note and tracked item lives, and set up a weekly review routine. - Level 17: Final Challenge: A Working System for a Small Project Exam
Learners use the whole course to build and run a working system for a small real project: tasks in To Do or Planner, notes in OneNote or Loop, one tested automation and a weekly review, with Copilot output checked wherever it is used.
