What is LevelUpWith?

LevelUpWith is a learning platform of structured, level-based courses built by AI and curated by people. Each course breaks a topic into bite-size lessons with knowledge checks, and you unlock levels as you master them.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. Create a free account and the first levels of every course are free to read and quiz on, with your progress saved as you go. Full course access is available through our subscription plans.

How good is the course content?

Every course is built as clear, achievable levels: each level teaches a focused set of lessons, then a knowledge check gates the next, so you never move on with gaps. Courses are curated before they reach the catalogue, and each course has a polished podcast edition alongside written lessons, knowledge checks, and an AI tutor while you practise.

Can I use LevelUpWith on mobile?

Yes, LevelUpWith is fully responsive and optimized for all devices, allowing you to study on your phone, tablet, or desktop whenever and wherever you want.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the Day Pass or the All Access plan, email levelupwith@zapital.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. The guarantee covers one refund per customer, on your first payment, and does not cover renewals. Creator and Creator Pro follow the statutory 14-day cooling-off rules in our Terms, because course builds use paid AI capacity as they are made. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

What data do you collect about me?

Your account email, learning progress, and payment status (payments are processed by Stripe — we never see card details). To understand how the site is used we run our own first-party analytics: a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, the pages and courses you interact with, and your approximate region derived from your connection (we never store IP addresses). Nothing is shared with advertisers or third-party trackers, and analytics data is deleted after 13 months.
