Content Reporting and Complaints Procedure

LevelUpWith is operated by Zapital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09161415, with its registered office at 32 Stone Hall Road, London, England, N21 1LP.

For privacy, legal, customer-service and other direct enquiries, email levelupwith@zapital.com. Other direct contact information may be requested through that address. Enquiries are handled by the LevelUpWith Privacy & Safety Team.

Reporting content

If you believe content on LevelUpWith — a course, lesson, image, audio or podcast episode — is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaches our Acceptable Use standards, use the report form at the bottom of this page or email levelupwith@zapital.com. You do not need an account. Include:

• a link to the content (or the course name);
• what is wrong with it — which right or standard you believe it breaches;
• if you are claiming infringement of your own work: what the work is and your connection to it;
• how we can reach you.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your report within 2 working days.
2. A reviewer assesses the content. Nothing user-created is published without review, and administrators can edit, unpublish or remove any content immediately where warranted.
3. We tell you the outcome and what action was taken. Where a report concerns someone's created content, we tell them a report was made and the outcome, without revealing your identity unless the law requires it.

If content is assessed as illegal we remove it promptly and preserve evidence where the law requires.

Complaints and appeals

If you disagree with a decision — a report outcome, removal of your content, or an account restriction — reply to the decision email or write to levelupwith@zapital.com marked "Appeal". Someone other than the original decision-maker reviews appeals, and we respond within 10 working days.
